The troop camps year round, we have at least one camp out every month of the year. Having the correct equipment is very important to the safety of all the boys and adults. At the Thursday meeting before the camp out the patrols perform a 'shakedown' to verify the boys and adults have all the appropriate equipment for the camp out.  The links to the right have suggested gear list that each boy should have. Each boy should also the the Ten Essentials on every camp out.

When the boys are doing patrol cooking, each patrol will have a patrol chuck box and staples box. The links on the right have what should be in each box. The chuck box and staples box should be checked before each camp out.
